Get ready for the Counterpoint Enrichment Camp, an action-packed five to ten-day adventure that blends debate, public speaking, theatre, team-building, and some friendly competition. Held throughout the year and open to school students worldwide, our camps have been transforming young minds since 2014, with some of today’s trainers starting as campers. Located in various scenic and historic venues globally, the camp offers unforgettable experiences no matter the season.

What sets us apart is that we like to move and groove, the camp is not limited to modish debate crowds prattling in debate jargon but also includes thrilling trips and outdoor adventures. Explore the Ellora Caves, trek through lush landscapes, plant rice in Assam, or scale rock faces. Engage in intellectually stimulating activities such as archaeological digs, art curation, and cultural studies. Participate in mock parliaments that reflect the local governance of the camp’s location and take part in eco-friendly projects like beach clean-ups or reforestation. The Counterpoint Boot Camp is a dynamic 3 to 5 day immersive experience that takes learning beyond the classroom and into the realm of real-world application. Combining intensive debate training with interactive activities, this bootcamp equips students with critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork skills in a fun and engaging environment. From creative theatre exercises to thought-provoking debates, participants will dive into group challenges, scavenger hunts, and collaborative projects designed to build confidence and foster personal growth.

At Counterpoint Edulabs, we have a longstanding commitment to promoting critical thinking and public speaking within the Indian education sector. Since 2013, we have dedicated ourselves to training students for various editions of the World Scholar’s Cup Championships, helping them achieve extraordinary success.

Remarkable Milestones

• In 2013, we celebrated our first major success with one of our students being named the Top Debater, securing the fourth individual position and ranking as the 10th best debater at the ToC.
• In 2014, our head coach, Salil Singh, was honored as the WSC Coach of the Year. That same year, three of our teams ranked among the top 15 debate teams at the ToC.
• Our journey continued with an overall ninth-place finish at the ToC in 2015, and in 2016, our team proudly secured the second place at the WSC Globals.
• Between 2016 and 2019, we trained delegations from prestigious schools such as Pathways School Noida and Gurgaon, GD Goenka Sarita Vihar, Heritage School Vasant Kunj, Presidium Gurgaon, IPS Indirapuram, and many more, consistently producing competitive teams each season.
• Post-Covid, we returned stronger, with our senior debate team achieving the top senior debate team status at the Globals in 2022 and our junior debate team securing the top debate spot in 2023.

Our Approach

Our training sessions are meticulously tailored to meet the diverse needs of students, providing them with the necessary tools and skills to excel in competitive environments. By conducting numerous coaching sessions across various schools, we ensure that our students are well-prepared to tackle the challenges of WSC and other prestigious debating competitions such as the ISDS and WSDC amongst others.
