Rita Singh
Rita Singh graciously serves as our Director, apart from juggling roles of CEO and Director at a major group of educational institutions. We are proud to have a National Awardee of CBSE Teachers Award 2019 in the Principal Category with us. She has been a Master Trainer/Mentor with CBSE for 'Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation' earlier and now for 'School Quality Assessment and Assurance' Framework, training over 600 principals.
As a consultant with British Council India for their 'International Dimension in Schools', formally called 'International School Award' project, she has assessed and guided hundreds of schools. As a 21st Century Skills trainer, she has trained more than 100 Telangana Govt teachers and teachers of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas of Bulandshahar district under UP Govt's and BC's EQUIPS project.
She has also helped the MP govt map their school curriculum with the Core Skills curriculum drafted by BC. Recently, she has also become a BBC Micro Bit Trainer for them. She was also taken by Asia Education Foundation (Melbourne University) as consultant for SDGs. She brings a world of experience and knowhow to our young team.

Salil Singh
Salil Singh is an internationally acclaimed debate coach and academic trainer who has trained debate teams from six countries and over six hundred schools in India. Having been an active member of the college debate circuit in his day, he has gone on to forge a career in the field, with the ultimate objective of making the joys of logic, reasoning and public speaking known to students and schools who would find such exposure hard to come by.
Having started coaching school debate teams for national and international tournaments in his teens, he is the recipient of a Coach of the Year award at the World Scholars Cup Global round 2014. Before starting Counterpoint EduLabs, he founded India's largest school debate platform Behes in 2014. Behes connects students from over forty cities under one debating platform, giving them a chance to take on the best in India at the national finals.

Naimish Tripathi
Naimish Tripathi is an advocate, writer and a creative director. Having graduated from Jamia Millia Islamia in law, he has been active in the Indian debate circuit for over 10 years, right since his school days.
He works as the Content & Training Head for Behes which is India’s biggest debate platform for school students and has trained and conducted debating tournaments for students from over 1200 schools across more than 42 cities in India and five other countries.
Having honed his skills over the years in various domains, he has also successfully spearheaded numerous projects for many entities such as the United Nations Women amongst others.

Shivani Pathak
Shivani is an educator, having contributed to education in several different capacities. As a part for Janaagraha, centre for citizenship and democracy, she has worked closely with district administrations to run programmes to incorporate active citizenship in school curricula.
She has also created several digital self learning courses in civic education aimed at youth for capacity building with emphasis on building 21st century skills with capacity building commission of India.
Shivani has been a teacher, both formally and informally, having taught classes 9-12 in delhi public school as well as undergrads at St Joseph's College, Bengaluru. Armed with a Master's in political science, she brings plenty of experience and academic knowledge to the team.
